Hello, My name is Monica Gustafson with Tanner & Associates. Our firm is actively seeking assertive people to perform occupancy verifications and inspections for Bank owned properties in your area. To qualify for the position you must have a vehicle, digital camera and computer. The following is a detailed explanation of the position: You do not need an inspectors license to perform these inspections and we will provide training for all accepted candidates. We are expecting to receive our next batch of inspections on or between the 13th and the 15th of September so I only have the next few weeks to see who is right for the job and to complete the necessary training. We are tentatively planning to interview and train each of you via webinar and individual phone calls. I will have the training dates and specifics by early next week. The volume of orders you will receive is expected to be approx. 400-700 orders depending on your capability, performance and general area volume
